Cancellation
In case of cancellation till 22th July we will charge euro 5 for the administration. After July 23th no refund whatsoever will take place. Cancellations can only be made in writing.

Start
The start takes place at the hotel Holiday Inn, Esplanade de l’Europe 2 in Liege. When coming from Maastricht to Liege the hotel can be reached by following the river Meuse and afterwards the signs Palais de Congres. The hotel is linked with the Palais de Congres. 

Rules of conduct
It is strongly recommended to wear a crash helmet.
One has to comply with the local traffic rules.
One has to follow the instructions of the traffic wardens and the organisation.
Mind the environment; we explicitly request you not to throw empty cans, wrappers etc in the street or the verge.
